Previous Meeting The Council approved a beverage donation of $450 to the Fall Festi-
val and the purchase of 2 raffle tickets.
Next Meeting Tuesday, October 8 at 7:00pm at The Hall. We will be voting on budget
and local rules proposals. The local rules are what codifies our practices and policies not
explicitly covered by the bylaws or general rules established by the Supreme Council.
Shalom House Our next opportunity to serve dinner to the gentlemen of Shalom House
is Sunday, Oct 6. A Sign-Up Genius link is in the email accompanying this newsletter.
Budget/Local Rules Meeting We will have a discussion to draft budget and local rules
proposals on Wednesday, October 2 at 6:00 pm in The Clubroom. All members are wel-
come to attend. Please bring specific ideas (we can’t vote on setting aside “some” money for undefined purposes).
Exemplification Ceremony Prior to our next meeting we will have an Exemplification
Ceremony for new members joining the council. Candidates need to arrive by 6:00 pm,
and we will begin at 6:15.
Tootsie Roll Drive Jeff Bell is once again organizing the Tootsie Roll Drive. Please use

Fall Festival Recap Thank you to all who helped set up and clean up for the Fall Festi-
val. Jake Rieke and Stephan Shannon ran a very successful beverage tent that raised a lot of money for the parish!
Moonlight Market Thanks to everyone who cooked and sold food and beverages at the
September event. There are two more Moonlight Market events scheduled for 2024.
